Quince isn’t common — and that’s exactly the point. It’s a fruit with depth, subtle perfume and natural sharpness, and when handled properly, it produces something genuinely different.
We use real Herefordshire quince, steeped slowly in quality British gin using traditional small-batch methods. No concentrates. No flavourings. Just whole fruit and patience.
The result is a gin liqueur with character and restraint.
