DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

We send out all orders to Mainland UK using the courier service APC. This is an overnight service to ensure that such fragile items are in the delivery chain for as short a time as possible. 

Please contact us for exact delivery costs if your delivery address is Offshore or in the Highlands or Islands. We are not yet licensed to send orders overseas.

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 - 5 working days.

Parcels need to be signed for. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note that the Products have been returned to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery. Please note that we adhere to the Challenge 25 policy. Therefore if the person accepting a delivery of alcohol appears to be under 25 years old, prior to the completion of the delivery, they will be required to provide an acceptable form of ID, showing date of birth. In accordance with the Challenge 25 policy, no alcohol products can be left in a safe place, as all deliveries must be accepted in person.

APC will send you precise tracking information to the email address you provide during the online order process. The telephone number you provide will only be used to contact you by Gun Dog Gin or APC should there be a problem with the delivery of your order.
