Easy Gun Dog Damson Gin Hot Toddy

 

Prep time: approx 5-10 mins

 

Ingredients per serving:

  • Cloudy apple juice
  • Few cloves (to your taste)
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Star anise (optional)
  • Slice of orange
  • Gun Dog Damson Gin Liqueur

 Method:

Add 150ml cloudy apple juice to a pan and pop in your spices and a slice of orange.

Warm slowly and gently for 5-10 minutes.

Pour one shot of Gun Dog Damson Gin into your preferred heatproof drinking vessel.

Carefully add the mulled apple juice using a ladle.

Stir gently to mix and savour those delicious aromas!

 

Best served with friends on a chilly night!

 

Cheeky Gun Dog

Ingredients

  • 25ml Gun Dog Quince
  • 25ml marmalade vodka
  • Ginger ale
  • Garnish with orange slice

Method

Mix the Gun Dog and vodka in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with an orange slice.

 

Damson Martini

Ingredients

  • 40ml Gun Dog Damson
  • 40ml Dry Vermouth
  • 20ml Champagne or Prosecco

Method

Muddle the Damson with the vermouth into a chilled glass. Top with the bubbles.

 

Prince of Quince

Ingredients

  • 40ml Gun Dog Quince
  • 60ml Dry Vermouth
  • Splash of Soda Water

Method

Stir all the ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass.

 

Rhubarb Sonic *

*Sonic - a mix of soda & tonic

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gun Dog Rhubarb
  • 50ml Tonic Water
  • 50ml Soda Water

Method

Muddle the ingredients into a highball with ice.

 

Gin-Gin

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gun Dog Rhubarb
  • 75ml Ginger Ale

Method

Mix the ingredients into a highball with ice.
