Dark, rich and fruit-forward, this is blackberry with depth — not syrup. It delivers natural sweetness with structure, making it just as good neat as it is lengthened with a mixer.

We use real locally grown Herefordshire blackberries, steeped slowly using traditional artisan methods and blended with quality British gin.

No concentrates. No artificial flavourings. No shortcuts.
Tasting Notes

Ripe blackberry leads — bold, slightly tart and naturally rounded. There’s a velvety sweetness, but it’s controlled, allowing the fruit’s natural character to come through clearly.


Clean on the finish with proper depth and balance.
