Blackcurrants bring natural depth and intensity — bold, slightly sharp, and unmistakably British. It works exceptionally well with sparkling wine, creating our take on a Kir Royale, but it’s just as good poured simply over ice.
We use real Herefordshire blackcurrants, steeped slowly using traditional artisan methods and blended with quality British gin.
